Diesel oil.

The contract is for the supply of diesel fuel for agricultural use and diesel for vehicles in the manner and at the conditions specified in the special contract documents, in the tender regulations, and all other requirements, no one excludessa, provided for in the tender documentation. This contract has a duration of three years starting from the date the contract is signed, plus an optional 1 year at the discretion of the consortium under the same conditions, in addition to providing the possibility that the supply will be extended for no more than 6 months from the expiry of the contract, in case this was necessary to complete the tender procedures egr the subsequent assignment of the supply.

Provisional security pursuant to art. 93 of the Code.

Financing with funds from the delta del Po 'reclamation consortium.

The economic operators referred to in art. 45 and following of the code in possession of the general requirements, of professional suitability and of technical and professional capacity. Are allowedto participate the subjects in possession of the general requirements (ex Article 80 of the code).
