Computerized open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the assignment of the five-year supply, divided into 6 lots, of various diagnostic material pfor the needs of the medically assisted procreation center of the SC in obstetrics and gynecology of the university hospital of Sassari. Amount based on five-year tender subject to discount, 784 000.00 EUR (plus VAT in the legal amount).

Diagnostic material for oocyte and embryo cultures

According to art. 7.1, lett. a) of the Tender Regulations and according to the procedures in essor established, the competitor, single or grouped or regrouping, must be in possession of the registration - for activities consistent with those covered by this contract - in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for `craftsmanship. The competitor not established in ITALY but in another Member State or in one ofthe countries referred to in art. 83, co. 3 of the code, submits a sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established.
