The tender procedure and entirely carried out through an electronic trading platform pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 2016. For lcompletion of this tender the USL Company uses the IT system for the online purchasing procedures, accessible from the site http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it. All the tender documentation can be downloaded, for consultation only, from the website www.ausl.bologna.it - section. The clarifications must be sent to the system according to the procedures specified in the guidesfor the use of the new platform accessible from the site http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it/agenzia/utilizzo-del-sistema/guide/. The first virtual session, set for the opening of the documentation uploaded to the system, will be held at the Metropolitan Purchasing Service, Via Gramsci 12, Bologna; any change in the opening date referred to in point IV.2.7 will be communicated by mediantand publication on the sites. The USL Company reserves the right to proceed with the tender even in the presence of only one bid. The CIG relating to this tender procedure, including options and / or renewals, and 8068828F7E. The terms indicated in point IV.2.2) are to be considered peremptory, under penalty of non-admission. Subcontracting is admitted pursuant to art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. It is specified thatthe contract does not contain the arbitration clause. Pursuant to art. 13 of the regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) we inform that the transmitted data will be used for the performance of the institutional functions inherent to the present tender procedure. The exchange of information between the USL Company and the economic operators will take place only electronically through the IT system for the online purchasing procedures.
