Telematic open procedure for the supply of spare parts for laboratory instruments

Reference Number: Determine 590/18

Supply by periodic administration of spare parts for laboratory instruments. Total three-year tender-based amount EUR 291 000.00, excluding VAT.

The exclusion from the tender for each competitor must meet the conditions set out in the tender specifications and in particular:

1) registration for activities concerning this supply in the register of companies or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the state of residence if it is an EU state in compliance with the provisions of Articles 45 and 83 of Legislative Decree 50/16;

2) the non-existence of the causes of exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of D.Lgs.50 / 16.

The procedure, pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 will be carried out entirely on the SATER trading platform of the Emilia-Romagna region. The specific provisions concerning the details of the supply, the methods for submitting the offers, the additional causes for exclusion from-tender and other information are contained in the tender regulations and related attachments. The winning bidders, pursuant to art. 5 of the D.M. 2.12.2016, within 60 days from the award, they are required to reimburse the expenses incurred for publication costs, in proportion to the value of the lots awarded.
