Open procedure for the assignment of the personnel economic management service for the Unite des Communes valdotaines Grand-Paradis

Assignment of the economic management service for the personnel and the earners of assimilated incomes of the Unite des Communes valdotaines Grand-Paradis and of the 13 member municipalities present in the area.
In detailo, the service includes the following services:
1) services on a monthly basis:
- processing of coupons and prints,
- preparation and sending of the ListaPosPa social security report,
- obligations relating to the termination of employees under TFR or TFS ;
2) quarterly services:
- determination of Fondemain contributions and complaints to the State General Accounting Office;
3)annual benefits:
- reporting of INAIL insurance premiums,
- compilation and electronic submission of the single income tax return (CU) for employee and similar income,
- compilation and electronic submission of the single income tax return (CU) for self-employed income,
- preparation of the annual staff account, to be sent to the General Accounting Officeand the State for the same purposes as above,
- IRAP report, for the purpose of completing the IK framework of the IRAP declaration,
- filling in the 770 form and sending it as an intermediary authorized by the tax agency,
- expenditure forecasts of personnel and reports;
3) additional services:
- correction and integration of insurance positions on PassWeb from 2006,
- correction and integration of insurance positions on PassWeb prior to 2006,
- assistance activities for tax and social security purposes.
