European open procedure carried out in telematic mode on the Sintel platform of Arca regionand Lombardia.

The award will also be awarded if only one valid offer is available, provided that it is convenient and suitable.

The competitors are required to be excluded from paying the contribution amounting to EUR 140.00 in favor of ANAC, with the procedures indicated in the Bidding Rules, code CIG757834474D .
The interested parties can apply to the competent courts in accordance with the current legislation, notifyingo the procedural documents against the Municipality of Mantua at the offices of the Avvocatura comunale, in Via Roma 39.
This call for tenders does not bind the contracting authority which reserves the right not to award for public interest reasons and where convenient or unsuitable. A consortium and its consortium members, if indicated, can not participate in the same tender at the same timeas executors of the service.
Subcontracting is allowed within the limits and under the conditions indicated in art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.
The stipulation of the contract will take place by electronic public administrative act.
The verification of the possession of the requirements will take place through the national database of public contracts, pursuant to art. 216 c. 13 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 (resolution ANAC n. 111 of 20 December 2012 and subsequent amendments, to which reference should be made in full). All persons interested in participating in the procedure must register with the system by accessing the appropriate link on the AVCP portal (reserved access services - AVCPASS) according to the instructions contained therein.
From the definitive awarding, pending the conclusion of the contract, the Administration laughedrva the power to dispose of the contract under legal reserve, within the terms provided for by Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i.
The contracting authority reserves the right to suspend, redirect or not award the tender if there are serious public interest occurring without any compensation or compensation being paid to the tenderers. It is not allowed for a company to participate-simultaneously with the tender either individually or as part of a grouping of companies. At the same time a consortium and its consortium members can not participate in the same competition, if indicated as executors of the service. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to apply the art. 110 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. Under art. 209 c. 2 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, it is specified that the contract is not conterthe arbitration clause.
