Open procedure for the assignment of ordinary management activities and assessments IMU-TASI cadastral equalization legal assistance

Ordinary management IMU and TASI:

- IMU and TASI revenue collection,

- procedures related tolocal taxes in various bankruptcy,

- various obligations provided for by the regulations (preparation for sending data and reporting),

- coverage of the IMU and TASI counter with specific opening hours agreed with the institution,

- monthly check of the various land registry units or new by connecting to the portal of the Territory Agency,

- monthly verification of the sales / purchase deeds throughlink to the portal of the Territory Agency,

- research of the sale of buildings,

- update of transfers of residence,

- insertion of succession documents received by the Inland Revenue,

- update of the deceased and of the heirs,

- finding building permits for IMU purposes,

- verification of positions,

- loading of variation declarations,

- cordirect information for the calculation of the IMU to be paid, both at the counter and by telephone,

- responses to the follow-up observation of the sending of the pre-filled payment payment models,

- withdrawal of the declarations and documentation relating to the IMU / TASI,

- information on the correct cadastral procedures,

- adequate help for the correct compilation of the IMU / TASI declarations dand taxpayer.

Issuance of assessment documents for IMU-TASI taxes:

- predisposition of the coactive role to be transmitted to the concessionario of the collection.

Check of the cadastral income with cadastral equalization:

- comparison with the actual state,

- verification of the land registry units changed or new by connecting to the portal of the Territory Agency,

- verification of the deeds of sale / purchase medconnection to the portal of the Territory Agency.

Legal assistance in the event of tax litigation: the assignee must support the administration in tax mediation and in the various levels of judgment in the event of litigation and based on the decisions taken by the same. The Municipality has foreseen a cost of management of the practices in mediation and in the first and second degree of judgment-while as regards appeals in cassation, if necessary, a specific cost estimate will be requested from the person entrusted with the service.
