The object of procurement is the purchase (with maintenance) of 10 book surveillance scanners (DIN A2, 300 dpi) on the basis of the EVB-IT sales contract (long version) with maintenance of 48 months from the 3rd contract year.

For verificationIn order to comply with the exclusion criteria (A criteria), a test is carried out. This is therefore absolutely necessary. If the test result indicates that the offer does not meet these requirements, the offer is excluded from further proceedings. A test position is required from a self-service book-keeping scanner with a functionally connected chipkType reader RS250 from the company Schomaecker. A smart card reader must be brought to the test and be connected to the scanner under test. The chip cards for the test are provided by the client. Specifications for chip card and reader are available from Schomaecker. It must be possible within the test position, configurable underscto deduct high amounts per click from the chip cards. The storage of scanned media on USB storage medium while doing debiting various amounts by the Chipkartenlesegeraet is the aim of the test. The integration of the chip card readers in the data network of the Bavarian State Library is not the subject of the test. The trial period beginsnotably on 16.9.2019 and expires on 20.9.2019. The client shall notify the tenderer at least one week before the start of the test period when exactly the equipment for the test must be available and when it must be completely dismantled again. The test takes place in the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, Ludwigstr. 16, 80539 Muenchen in room U37 in the basement / extension statt. The delivery takes place via the receipt of goods of the Bavarian State Library. This entrance has a big enough gate and is located on the same floor. The test position will not be refunded. After evaluation of the written offers max. 2 Tenderers invited to the test.

A) If there is only one tenderer within the fluctuation range, only(b) If 2 bidders are within the fluctuation band, these two bidders will be invited to the test.

c) If 3 or more bidders are within the range, the two bidders with the lowest price (within the range) will be invited to the test Fluctuation range) are invited to the test position.
