All Risks and RCT / O insurance service for the A21 Turin-Alessandria-Piacenza motorway section CIG 782350830A.economic resources referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, set up by single companies or by companies united under the conditions set forth in the following articles. 47 48 - 80 83 and in co-insurance pursuant to art. 1911 c.c. as well as subjects based in other states other than Italy pursuant to and under the conditions set forth in art. 49 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and other current regulations. And request registration register ofa chamber of commerce, industry, crafts and agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts. Absence of the grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, pursuant to art. 41 of Legislative Decree n. 198/2006, in the art. 44 of Legislative Decree no. 286/1998. A) The Tender Regulationsis an integral and substantial part of this announcement and is available on the website of the Contracting Authority www.satapweb.it; b) bids must be packaged in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Regulations and must be sent, under penalty of exclusion, within the deadline IV. 2.2 at the risk of the sender with the methods provided for in the Tender Regulations;ento;

d) the competitors must present the guarantee pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, with the procedures indicated in the Tender Regulations;

g) eexcluding arbitration jurisdiction and establishing as the competent and exclusive forum of Turin;

h) the contract and subject to traceability of the financial flows pursuant to Law no. 136/2010 and subsequent amendments and amendments to the provisions set forth in Legislative Decree 231/2002; of the Decretor ministerial Infrastructure and transport of 2.12.2016 the costs for the publication of the notice and the notices to presumed EUR 25 000.00 are to be paid by the contractor (s) and reimbursed by / by the same / or at the request of the Client within 60 days . from the final award;

m) since the concession agreement between the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and S.A.T.A.P.S.p.A. for the A21 Torino-Alessandria-Piacenza motorway and expired, and that S.A.T.A.P. S.p.A. operates in prorogatio regime, the Ministry of Infrastructures and transports can transfer to itself or to third party, the management of the highway trunk A21 Turin-Alessandria-Piacenza; in this case S.A.T.A.P. S.p.A. can terminate the contract and the consequent deeds, without the Contractor pbones claim compensation and / or indemnity under no circumstances
