Provision of specialist support services for the Poste Italiane SpA File and Data Transfer Service

Procurement pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 - open procedure in telematic mode for the establishment of a framework agreement provision of specialized support services for the Poste Italiane SpA File and Data Transfer Service

The contract concernsto the provision of specialized support services for the File and Data Transfer Service of Poste Italiane S.p.A. The activities consist in the file and data transfer service that is carried out through the help of Managed file transfer (MFT) platforms, in the Data integration Service and in the Monitoring Service. A) Registration C.C.I.A.A. or equivalent body in the event of an organizationif belonging to the EU;

b) the absence of all grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as referred to in art. 133 co. 1 of the aforementioned decree.

C) Specific turnover related to the supply of specialist support services in the field of file and data transfer services, which include all the activities of system application supervision, performance monitoring, implementationand data transport flows, integration of data flows with monitoring platforms, implemented in the last 3 financial years approved on the date of submission of the application for participation / tender, not less than a total of EUR 3 240 000.

Support of electronic tools ex art. 52 Legislative Decree 50/16. Mandatory preventive activation to the portal www.posteprocurement.it for interested companies.

Documentation to be signed if required with certificate valid digital signature issued by public body Certifications Agency Italy digital as CSO.

Communications will be sent to e-mail address communicated by impsurrender. For all that is not provided for, reference is made to parts I and annexes, including service conditions. In the event that the financial and economic capacity is used, other subjects pursuant to art. 89 of Legislative Decree 50/16 as referred to in art. 133, with the aforementioned decree, sole participant company or in the RTI / consortium will have to supply with demand participation / offer the provisions of art. 89 as per CSO part I.

In case of participationeach RTI must certify in the declaration that it possesses the requisites as per letters a) and b) point III.1.1). The parent must possess at least 60% of the requirements as per letter c) point III.1.2). Each principal must possess at least 20% of the aforementioned requirement to the aforesaid letter, given that RTI must possess 100% as a whole requisites required. The parent company of an RTI participatesante must meet the requirement of letter e) of point III.1.3).

The requirement of point III.1.3), f), may be owned by any of the companies participating in the RTI. Participating RTI shall meet the requirement set out in point g) of point III.1.3). It is understood that the RTI shall have as a whole 100% requisites required for partecipazione gara.

Documentation not in Italian must be accompanied by a sworn translation into Italian.

Documents available at point I.3) on which tender / clarification information will be published. 32, co. 7 D.Lgs. 50/16 Poste facolta ask for proof of possession of declared requisites. Negative outcome verification will result in exclusion from the race. In caseo the award has been completed, the contract will be revoked with the right to award a tender to the next competitor in the ranking. Poste reserves at any time not to continue all or part of the tender and / or to award part of it. for Poste obligation entrusting service as a whole or in part and in no case to the concorents including the winner will be entitled to any remuneration, remuneration, reimbursement or indemnity for presentation of offers.

Poste has not been awarded any award if no offer is suitable / suitable pursuant to art. 95, co. 12 D.Lgs. 50 / 16.

Poste has the right to proceed with the awarding of only one valid offer in the presence or in the case of only two valid offers, without prejudice to both cases-application art. 95, co. 12 D.Lgs. 50 / 16.

Post for anomaly verification procedure pursuant to art. 97 of Legislative Decree 50/16 and reserves the right to use faculty pursuant to art. 110 D.Lgs. 50 / 16.

The estimated total maximum contract value and net of tax charges. The security charges are equal to 0.

Customer precise amount and amount framework agreement are presumed and may vary according to post requirements.

Contractor can not claim for amounts / amounts of funds inferior to those estimated.

Allowed subcontract ex art. 105 D.Lgs. 50 / 16.

Company awarded pursuant to art. 216, co. 11 D.Lgs. N. 50/2016 and s.m.i., will have to provide, within 60 days from the award, the reimbursement in favor of the contracting authority, expenses incurred by the same for publication of this announcement for the extractor in newspapers, estimated at € 6, 000.00 plus VAT, according to the methods indicated by Poste when invoicing is issued.

The choice of a single lot due to the need for a single responsibility / commitment center on project objectives concerning management of file transfer transfer management and implementation of new activity flows performed centrally.
