Non-existence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i., of any other situation that determines the exclusion from the tenders and / or the incapacity to contract with the public administration, as well as the disqualification cause of the art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165 / 2001.

The tender procedure will be fully managedon the Poligrafico telematic purchase system accessible at www.eproc.ipzs.it, pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; in order to participate, interested economic operators must therefore pre-emptively and compulsorily register on the portal www.eproc.ipzs.it according to the methods described in the Tender Regulations. The duration of the contract can be extended, pursuant to dor assigned. 106, c. 11, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor. In this case the contractor will be required to perform the services provided in the contract at the same prices, terms and conditions or more favorable for the Poligrafico. The provisions relating to the method of presentation of the dthe required documentation, as well as the indications relating to the performance of the procedure, are contained in the announcement and in the tender regulations to which reference is made. These documents are available in electronic format on the website www.eproc.ipzs.it in the section relating to the tender procedure. Any additional information and / or clarifications regarding the subject of the contract and / or the methods of participationand at the race, they can be requested using the appropriate section of the system for the race in question. Requests, which must be made in Italian, must be received by 9.5.2019. The opening operations can be followed by each participant in the procedure also by connecting remotely to the electronic purchase system of the Poligrafico. The competitoragrees to receive communications pursuant to art. 76 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in the specific section of the system for the tender in question, as well as indicating the alternative elected domicile for the aforementioned communications in the event of system unavailability and in any case in any case in which Poligrafico deems it appropriate.
