The city of Halle (Saale) intends to build a two-field sports hall at Holzplatz for a further school with about 900 children. For this purpose, the planning and construction work for the turnkey construction is awarded-

Takeover of planning and construction work for a turnkey handover of a two-field sports hall.

The type of construction according to the functional specifications will be carried out by the general contractor in elemental solid construction. Due to the demand situation, the client attaches great importance to a speedy implementation.

Each candidate may apply only once. The same applies to branches of the applicant, even if they are economically independent.

The candidate or the working / applicant community must submit the following proof of economic and financial capacity with the application.

1) Extract from the commercial register not older than 3 months Alternative: Excerpt from the list of Verefor the prequalification of construction companies e. V. (Praequalifikationsverzeichnis) as proof acc. - 6b Abs. 1 VOB / A.

2) Information on the total turnover of the applicant as well as turnover for comparable projects in the last 3 business years (see Form D)

3) The applicant or the working / candidate community must declare that neither the candidate nor a member dhe / she is present in the sense of -123 Abs. 1 GWB. This declaration must be made by each qualified subcontractor for each. (See Form C)

4) Declaration of the tax office not less than six months old. The deadline will be from the date of expiry of the deadline for submitting entries mentioned in the contract noticemeantragege recalculated; this also applies in the event of a later deadline for the submission of the participation application. This is to be submitted by each member of an applicant community.

5) proof of public liability insurance.

As an alternative to No. 2-5 excerpt from the list of the Association for the pre-qualification of construction companies e. V. (Praequalifikations-Verzeichnis) as proof acc.-- 6 para. 3 no. 2 VOB / A.

Forms are an integral part of the structuring of applications for participation.

No compensation will be paid for the preparation of the offer.
