New construction of high-pressure gas pipeline, pipeline construction: civil engineering and pipe constructionservice, replacement new building FGL088 incl. secondary line, Guestrow Kambs, realization 02/2020 to 11/2020, line length approx. 13 km.

It will u. a. following services for the project "Replacement new building FGL088 incl. ancillary facilities from Guestrow toThe replacement new construction of the FGL088 comprises the partial re-construction of the main pipeline in the district of Rostock to the north of Guestrow.The project will be divided into a total of 3 construction sections and 2 activation sections divided, the following line sections and Kabelrohrannew sections were to be erected in the annual windshield JS 2020:

1) section of the construction section or section 1:

- extension of the S 88-2 fitting group with a pig trap station, - renovation of the L14 road crossing, approx. 690 m replacement of the DN 300 main line,

- New construction of a branch fitting group,

- Install approx. 690 m cable duct system (2 x cable conduit d50) and approx. 550 m cable duct system(2 x cable duct d50).

2) Activation section:

Construction phase 2:

- Disassembly of fittings group S 88-3 and S 88-4,

- approx. 8 500 m Replacement of main pipe DN 300,

- New construction of a line of fittings,

- Rehabilitation railway crossing (Rostock Guestrow),

- Construction of a ditch-Dueker,

- Rehabilitation road crossing DBR 14,

- About 8 500 m cable pipe system (2 x cable conduit d50) withlay and re-install approx. 175 m of cable duct system (2 x cable duct d50).

Construction section 3:

- Dismantling of fittings group S 88-5,

- approx. 2 140 m Replacement of main pipeline DN 300,

- Construction of 2 trench due core,

- Special construction: approx. 400 m HDD in the FFH area,

- Extension of the fittings group S 111.18-1 with a pig trap station,

- Install approx. 2 140 m cable pipe system (2 x cable conduit d50)and approx. 180 m cable duct installation as HDD (2 x cable duct d50).

The new replacement building FGL088 is predominantly in the existing route, where the old line is salvaged, cut into transportable lengths, properly disposed of and replaced by a newly manufactured gas pipeline. Furthermore, existing water crossings (Duekerprofile) will be renewed, traffic intersections erneand newly built and renovated faucet groups. The line runs over farmland and grazing land. In some areas of the route, high to very high groundwater levels are to be expected.

External services (eg NDT, KKS) are tendered separately by ONTRAS. The work with the external companies must be coordinated by the Contractor.

The replacement of the connecting cables FGL 88.02 and FGL 88.08 at Guestrow will be carried out prior to 2019 and will not be part of this call for tender.

With the application to participate, at least all the minimum requirements / standards for participation in the procedure specified in Annex 1 Application form exclusion criteria must be met. The application form has to be completed. They are in the application form as well as in Annex 1 and 2 (selection criteria)to submit required declarations / proofs including enclosures electronically in text form. All application and other tender documents are available under the link mentioned in point I.3).

Exclusion criteria (minimum requirements / standards) acc. Appendix 1 Application form (numbering in accordance with Annex 1):

1) Compliance deadline; Decisive for the timely entrance is the timepoint of access to the application documents in the system.

2) Submission of application documents by electronic means acc. Section 43 (1) SektVO; Application documents are to be submitted exclusively via the AI Bietercockpit (by means of the area provided for this purpose). The transmission of the application documents over the communication area in the AI Bietercockpit or in paper form by post, by e-mailMail or fax (in each case not encoded) is not permitted.

3) The application form including the required self-explanations (Item 4 of the application form) as well as further self-explanations (application for joint license, subcontractors' declaration of obligation) are to be signed in the application documents in text form according to - 126b BGB ( at least information on the name of the company, which willdeclaration to participate in the proceedings, u. Name of the undersigned).

4) Non-German or English language documents must be submitted as a certified translation in German or English.

5) Multiple applications are not permitted. Note: Pure subcontractors for the contractor are not considered subcontractors.

6) Submission of commercial register extract or justification of non-registration ina commercial register; Foreign applicants must submit an equivalent certificate from the country of origin. The proof may not be older than 12 months from the date of submission of the application for admission.

7) Type of participation Declaration on the applicant community; Indication of whether it is an individual application or an applicant community. For candidate communities is the statementon the joint and several liability and the authorized representatives as an application for joint license (see Applicant Notice Form). For a Community of Applicants, the application form in points 1, 2 and 4 must be completed for each member of the Applicant Community.

8) Letter of commitment to the qualifying loan; In the case of the suitability loan / entitlementThe capacity of other companies to demonstrate economic, financial, technical and professional capacity must be accompanied by a letter of formal notice (see the Commitment Notice form) proving that the candidate / consortium has the capacities of other companies in the case of an order. In the casee of the suitability lending with regard to the economic and financial efficiency, the AG reserves the right to demand joint liability in accordance with - 47 (3) SektVO. In addition, the application form in points 1 and 4 must be completed by the subcontractor whose suitability is being lent.

Selection criteria (eligibility criteria) acc. Annex 2 Application form (Evaluation ofr sub-criteria for awarding 0, 1, 2 and 3 points are given in Annex 2 Application form):

I) proof of economic and financial capacity; total: 40%:

1. Economic and financial capacity;

1.1 average net sales of the last 3 completed business years in the field of civil engineering; 10%;

1.2 Economic stability through stabile or increasing total sales in the past 3 completed years; 6%;

1.3 Earnings performance in all business areas on average over the past 3 completed financial years; 12%;

1.4 credit (template proof Creditreform or equivalent); 12%.

1) Members of applicant communities have basically all explanations / proofs for each membergem. Details in the application form (including attachments).

2) Copies of supporting documents will be accepted unless they give rise to doubts as to their conformity with the original.

3) No costs will be reimbursed to candidates / tenderers for the preparation of application / tender documents.

4) Non-compliance with required minimum requirements (see Annex 1 to the application form) leads to the exclusion of da further procedure.

5) AG reserves the right to award an order on the basis of initial offers.

6) All application documents u. Further tender documents will be made available in the contest (TNW). Offer conditions (including facilities) are for information purposes. Upon request for quotation, all final documents relating to the terms and conditions of the offer will be published. Construction contract (including plants) allcandidates selected in the TNW as binding documents. AG expressly reserves the right to change these documents.

7) Applicants are responsible for infringements of public procurement rules. Provisions in - 160 (3) GWB apply. As far as their ruege is not remedied, they are obliged in particular within 15 calendar days (KT) after receipt of this noticeto submit a petition for review to the responsible Procurement Board. Otherwise application is acc. - 160 (3) GWB inadmissible.

8) Further information on the procedure, e.g. Questionnaires can be found under link acc. I.3). If no voluntary registration takes place, interested parties are not automatically informed about information in the procedure. Therefore, it should be noted that these regby the way, inform yourself about the named link. A voluntary registration is possible u. is strongly recommended. Questions are excluded. About communication area in the AI Bietercockpits (according to point I.3) to ask, will be answered by the AG, anonymized u. provided to interested parties by means of a list of questions on the link or by e-mail registration.

9)AG points out that information about the bidding process must be submitted by the bidder / bidder no later than 7 days before the submission deadline. Timely requests will be sent i.d.R. 6 KT before end

submission deadline Participation forms / offers answered. For answer. ask questions are under link gem. Item I.3) or by registration via e-mail about Aenderu./Ergaento. of the tender documents.
