Praequalified companies carry out proof of suitability for the service to be provided by the entry in the list of the Association for the pre-qualification of construction companies e. V. (PQ directory) and, if necessary, supplemented by required order-specific individual certificates. In the offer is the respective number, under which the enterprise in the PQ directory is specified. In the case of other companies (subcontracting, suitability lending), it must be proven on separate request that these other companies are prequalified or meet the prerequisites for prequalification, if necessary supplemented by order-specific individual certificates. Non-qualified companies have as a preliminary proof of the EigFor the service to be awarded, the offer shall either be accompanied by a completed "self-declaration of suitability" or a single European self-declaration (EEE), supplemented if required by order-specific individual certificates the self-explanations also for these andecompanies. If the other companies are prequalified, it is sufficient to indicate the number under which these other companies are listed in the PQ directory. If the offer is short-listed, the self-declarations (including those of the other companies) are to be made upon request by submitting the form given in the form "Self-explanatory notes on suitability" or in the EEEcertificates of the competent authorities. The form "Self-declaration of suitability" is available as part of the tender documents for this call for tender.

Proof of registration in the PQ directory or submission of the following valid individual proofs:

Proof of registration in the trade or professional register or comparable proof according to legislation

- Declaration of applicants of the Land of Saxony-Anhalt,

- Business registration / registration or tax number or equivalent evidence under the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established

- Proof of legal proof of the country of establishment the payment of contributions to the employers' liability insurance association or similar proof according to the legal regulationof the country in which the tenderer is established, - self-declaration that the company is neither in bankruptcy nor in liquidation, - a brief description of the company and its business in a freely chosen form, - an explanation of the total turnover in the relevant market segment in the last 3 years, based on the subject matter.

Beyond that (nicPart of the PQ list) the following proofs / statements must be submitted with the offer:

- current certification of an industry-specific public liability insurance by enclosing a copy of the insurance certificate, from which both the cover and the risks can be taken (if applicable, when placing the order an adjustment of the coverage amounts

- if applicable, grouping agreement.

Legal form for groupings of consortium: none, but a legally binding declaration of all members on joint and several liability with an authorized representative must be given.
