Der Gesamtauftrag umfasst den Abbruch der besbuilding belonging to the field office of the carpentry training center Biberach (ZAZ BC), incl. belonging free space, as well as the creation of a replacement new building in wood / wood hybrid construction with workshops, incl. theory, storage, social and technical rooms. The EU-wide call for tenders for the entire contract will be staggered in several packages with different numbersl on various construction works. For each package separate EU tendering procedures will be carried out. Currently 6 packages are planned.

General:
The new building of the training center will be built in wood or wood-concrete composite construction on reinforced concrete floor slab with strip foundations or point-supported floor slab. Due to the schwGeological conditions are followed by a deep foundation with ductile cast piles on which the load of the building is removed by means of stripe foundations or punctiform. The floor slab is built in WU construction, a cellar is not planned. Constructively, the building consists of a three-storey bar in Holzstaenderbauweise with wood-concrete composite ceilings, which Werkstatt-, storage, theory and ancillary rooms. Staircase and elevator shafts are completely built in reinforced concrete. On the ground floor, this bar is supplemented by a factory floor reaching over 2 floors.
Telephone system:
- Installation of a ready-to-use telephone system with 18 pieces of DECT base stations and 10 pieces of portable DECT telephones,
- Delivery and installation of 2 pieces PoE switches.
Proof of suitability acc. Order documents z. For example, proof of registration in the relevant prequalification register or the submission of a self-declaration for suitability in the form KEV 179 AngErg Suitability or in the European Self-Declaration (EEE).
