- Qualified certificate of non-objection by the professional association or an equivalent certificate from the competent insurance agent stating the pay sums. Bidders who are not domiciled in the Federal Republic of Germany must provide certificates from the responsible insurance agent, - Name and date of birth of all managing directors and authorized signatories. Suitability ist by the entry in the list of the association for prequalification of enterprises e. V. (Praequalifikationsverzeichnis) or self-explanations according to form 124 (self-declaration of suitability) from the awarding handbook Bavaria. If the offer of a non-qualified tenderer is short listed, the certificates given in Form 124 will be within 6 Kalenon request. If a tenderer refers to the abilities of other companies to fulfill the contract, the relevant number must appear in the prequalification register or the declarations and certificates under Form 124 must also be provided to those other companies on request Suitability ofto provide:
