- 1 pc counter cabinet system with converter measurement and bidirectional meter with accessories;

- Declaration of the company`s turnover in the last 3 completed business years (calendar years 2017-2019). A self-declaration is sufficient- Certificate of non-objection from the tax office or certificate in tax matters (if the tax office issues such certificates; not older than 1 year);
- Exemption certificate according to - 48b EStG;
- Qualified certificate of non-objection from the employer`s liability insurance association with details of the wages.
These are declarations in the sense of the state awardSaxony-Anhalt law as well as information on social issues in accordance with the LSA state procurement law with the offer. The legal, economic, financial and technical details of the bidder are in accordance with - 6 b Paragraph 1 No. 1 Sentence 2 EU VOB / A in conjunction with - 6 a No. 2 EU VOB / A with the offer by entry in the list of the association for prequalification of construction companies e. V. (Praequalification directory) or self-declaration according to Form 124 (self-declaration of suitability) or based on the Single European Self-Declaration (EEE) acc. Section 6 b (1) sentence 2 EU VOB / A. If the offer of a non-prequalified bidder is shortlisted, the certificates specified in form 124 must be presented on separate request.
Form 124 VHB`s own declaration of suitability is part of the tender documents. If the bidder relies on the capabilities of other companies to fulfill the order, the respective number must be specified in the pre-qualification directory or the declarations and certificates according to Form 124 must also be submitted for these other companies on request. Tenderers who are not domiciled in of the Federal Republic of Germany have to present equivalent certificates from recognized bodies in their country of origin. The client will request an extract from the central commercial register (Section 150a Trade Regulations) from the Federal Central Register for the bidder who is to be awarded the contract. Foreign bidders must provide equivalent certificates of their country of origin. The bidder has to take into account compliance with the minimum fee regulations. Details on this are contained in the tender documents. Claims for defects are to be provided i. H. v. 3 percent. Security for the fulfillment of the contract is to be provided in the amount of 5%. The security is provided by a guarantee.
