General refurbishment and extension of the main building of the District Vocational Training Center in Schwaebisch Gmuend from 1972.

In the Kreisberufsschulzentrum in Schwaebisch Gmuend a pollutant remediation, general renovation and extension of the main building from the year 1972 is to be carried out. It is a 2-storey school building with a partially built basement and a gross floor area of approximately 25 100 m. The general refurbishment is to be carried out in 4 stagesbe. The plan is to start the general refurbishment in June 2019. The completion of the building is scheduled for 2023.
Parallel to the renovation of the existing building, single-storey extensions with a total net floor area of approximately 1, 330 m shall be constructed on the north and east sides of the main building on the ground floor.
Telecommunications systems:
- approx 750Piece extension voice alarm with loudspeakers,
- approx. 1 250 m BOS radio system with spotlight cable,
approx. 1 piece burglary alarm system with door monitoring,
approx. 700 pieces fire alarm system with automatic detectors
