In the course of the water management planning for the "Suederelbefonds" in the fruit growing area of the III mile old Lanvarious measures to improve the treatment and Entwaesserungsverhaeltnisse performed.

Main Site: Neuenfelde, Hamburg Harburg

The entire system consists of a shut-off device with controllable inlet, a Entwaesserungsschoepfwerk and a fish lock. The works include, inter alia:

The award of the contract is also dependent on the presentation of the following documents. Tenderers must provide documentation for each of their members.

For tenderers and members of consortia, ieIf you are entered in the list of the association for the pre-qualification of construction companies (prequalification register), the number in the offer or in the subcontractor's form under which they are entered in the pre-qualification list can be used instead of the following documents. This does not apply to documents that are not deposited in the Praequalifikationsverzeichnis.

1) Proof of full payment of taxes and contributions

The award of the contract is dependent on the submission of up-to-date proof of full payment of taxes and contributions. Tenderers have to provide evidence for each of their members. In detail

Are these:

- a current exemption certificate according to - 48b EStG,

- one-Qualified certificate from the employer's liability insurance association or certificate from the insurance company specifying the payroll tax, which must not be older than 12 months, to prove that the contributions to the professional association are properly discharged, - a certificate of conformity of the collective social security fund of the construction industry (SOKA-Bau or other Social funds) over the completepayment of contributions, which may not be older than 12 months.

Foreign companies have to furnish comparable proof, with foreign language certificates a German translation must be enclosed.

2. Register for the Protection of Fair Competition

In addition, the award / contract requires that a query for the bidder to the register for protection-The competition does not produce any results which affect the reliability of the tenderer.

It must be submitted with the tender (not more than 3 months):

- the turnover of the entrepreneur for the last 3 completed business years, as far as construction work and other benefits comparable to the service to be provided, including the share bContracts with other entrepreneurs.
