Conversion of a Mechanical-Biological Drying Plant

At MBT Mertesdorf, the residual waste from the Trier region is pretreated, The A.R.T. By expanding and rebuilding MBT Mertesdorf, the eco-efficiency of Entsystem and increase local value added. For this purpose, two new halls will be built and provided with appropriate infrastructure and new machine technology will be installed. Part III of the EEE is completeg to complete. A restriction to a global note under Part IV (a) EEE is not sufficient. Prior to award of the contract, the tenderer to whom the contract is to be issued will be requested to provide the relevant proof immediately (- 6b EU (2) No. 2 VOB / A).

The submission of the above-mentioned individual certificates may be omitted if the contracting authority fails to do so and leavethe professional, technical and economic capacity with regard to the services specified in the terms of reference directly from the pre-qualification list of the Association for the Pre-qualification of Construction Companies e. V. - turnover of the company in the last 3 completed business years, as far as construction work-and other services comparable to the service to be provided, including the proportion of contracts carried out in cooperation with other traders, - proof of the existence of a professional liability insurance which, when subcontractors are employed, must also cover claims for selection offenses, by presentation of the authorization an insurance confirmation bzw. of the insurance policy.
