Extended shell construction work for a new primary school building with a total area of around 5, 400 m (ground floor approx. 3, 450 m, upper floor approx. 1, 950 m) including sealing work, Ground pipes and drainage as well as the earthworks with clearing, excavation and installation ofGeovlies including the covering with filling sand.
Main Site: City of Ronnenberg
Extended structural work as part of the construction of a second primary school in the Empelde district of the city of Ronnenberg. The school is set up as a three-day all-day primary school including a cafeteria and single-field sports hall. The one and two-storey building has a total area of around 5, 400 m (ground floorapprox. 3 450 m, upper floor approx. 1 950 m). In addition to the classic shell construction work, including the sealing work, underground pipes and drainage, the earthworks involved in clearing, excavating and installing a geofoam including the covering with filling sand are also awarded for technical reasons.

- approx. 1 700 m masonry in various thicknesses;
- push off approx. 5 600 m topsoil;
- approx. 6 000 m excavation including disposal;
- approx. 4 400 m geovlies including cover.
The suitability is by entry in the list of the Association for Prequalification of Construction Companies e. V. (pre-qualification directory) or to be provisionally confirmed by the applicantg acc. uniform form 124 (self-declaration of suitability). The Uniform Self-Declaration (EEE) can be submitted as preliminary proof of suitability .
The client becomes the bidder who wins the contractrequest an extract from the central commercial register at the Federal Office of Justice. Foreign bidders have to provide equivalent certificates of the country in which they are based.
