Establishment of a public and free Wi-Fi for the listed buildings / objects in the nine lots. Main Site: Boeuvre / objects on the street of the Romanesque and in the garden and parks of the network Gartentraeume in the region Altmarkkreis Salzwedel and in the district of Stendal
The contract includes the following services:
- planning, construction and operation: planning (project and planning preparation), Site analysis, illumination analysis, determination of a frequency standard and the transmission technique, investigationthe environment for possible WLAN interference at radio level, checking the shared use of existing WLAN components of adjacent network operators, clarifying ownership,

The following quality requirements will apply to the WLAN infrastructure to be built
- sufficient data rates for common applications even in high traffic,
- handover between neighboring radio cells without re-registration,
- secure access and weather protected access points (indoor / outdoor appropriate protection classes),
- protection of hot spots against unauthorized access,
- Realization of Wi-Fi-Protected Access (WPA2), - Realization according to newStandard IEEE,
- Centralized WLAN Management System / Subscriber Administration,
- Service Concept Requirements: General Alarm and Troubleshooting, Customization Technique (Company Upgrades, Updates and Patches for WLAN Component Software).
Required Information and Documents:
- Extract from the Commercial Register (not older than 12 months from the date of publication of this notice- proof of approval as a network operator in accordance with the Telecommunications Act (TKG), - self-declaration in the original, that the applicant does not have any grounds for exclusion in accordance with - 123 (1) and (2) and - 124 (1) of the Act against Competitive Restrictions (GWB) Required information and documents:
- information on the turnover of the candidate in the last three completed yearsProof of the conclusion or existence of a public liability and property damage liability insurance covering at least € 2.5 million for personal injury and property damage, in so far as it relates to services comparable to the services to be provided in this invitation to tender; and for property losses of at least: € 2.0 million,
