SBK plans to introduce a new one Multi-channel communication platform to optimize customer and service communications. The existing TC solution and the associated contact center solution will be replaced with ACD. With this introduction, the quality of advice will be optimized and customer loyalty will be further strengthened.

SBK plans to introduce a new multi-channel communication platform to optimize customer and service communication. Here, the existing TKSolution and the associated contact center solution with ACD. With this introduction, the quality of the consultation should be optimized and the customer loyalty further strengthened. The new communication platform should support both synchronous and asynchronous communication channels. The primary focus in this project, however, is on the synchronous channels, sincefor this a central and cross-channel control is still missing.
