General refurbishment of the Fachoberschule (FOS), building automation BA I and BA II

The construction project covers the school building erected in the years 1855/56 (component B) and 1878 (component A). The entrance portal of the school building is under monument protection.

MTR technology:

- Erection of MSR-cabinets for BA 1 and BA 2,

- AnklemmarProgramming of individual control and basic functions for heating, ventilation and light approx. 275 data points,

- Creation of plant pictures and visualization of the control and basic functions,

- Acceptance and documentation.

Praequalified companies lead the proof the suitability by the entry in the list of the association for the Praequalifikation of Bauunternehmen (certificate of qualification). If subcontractors are employed, it must be demonstrated on request that the subcontractors provided are prequalified or meet the requirements for prequalification. Unspecified companies have to present the completed form "KFB V 7 EU self-declaration on the suitability EU" for proof of suitability with the offerThe subcontractors are also to make their own declarations for the intended subcontractors, unless the subcontractors are prequalified.
