Collection agency services.

Support service, through the use of an information system, to the voluntary and compulsory collection, and to the assessment and collection activity of the IMU, of TARI, of the municipal tax on advertising, of rights on public affissioni, of the occupation tax of spaces and public and temporanea public areas, nonche supporto to the attivita of leviedcoercive of all municipal revenues.

1) provisional guarantee, as defined by article 93 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016, n. 50, equal to EUR 29 454.97 (twenty-nine thousand, four hundred and fifty-four / 97) and set up, at the tenderer's choice: - in public-sector debt securities guaranteed by the State on the day of filing, at a provincial treasury section or at companies authorszzate, as a pledge in favor of the contracting authority,

- in cash, with payment to the Municipal Treasury, Banco di Napoli, Bari, IBAN: IT74 X010 1004 0151 0000 0046 796,

- by check,

- with bank guarantee or insurance policy or surety issued by intermediaries registered in the register referred to in Article 106 of Legislative Decree 1.9.1993, no. 385 that carries outthey are exclusively or predominantly involved in the issuing of guarantees and are audited by an auditing company registered in the register provided for by article 161 of Legislative Decree 24.2.1998, 58, with validity for at least 180 days from the date on which tenders were submitted.

When the contract is concluded, the successful tenderer must provide:to measure and in accordance with Article 103 of the Code;

b) the RCT / RCO insurance policy, for a ceiling of at least EUR 500 000.00 for RCTs and EUR 1 500 000.00 for RCO.

Municipal funds.

It is not allowed to participate in the competition of competitors for which: - there are the causes of exclusion referred to in Article 80 of the Code,

- there are the causes of prohibition, forfeiture or suspension ofin art. 67 of Legislative Decree 6.9.2011, n. 159,

- the conditions set forth in art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree of 2001, n. 165 or that, under the current legislation, further prohibitions to contract with the public administration have occurred,

- there are other causes of exclusion provided for by law.

Competitor economic operators, pursuant to article 48, paragraph 7, first peof the Code, it is forbidden to participate in this procedure in more than one temporary grouping or ordinary consortium of competitors, or participate also in individual form if they have participated in the same procedure in the grouping or ordinary consortium of competitors or aggregation of companies belonging to the network contract (hereinafter, aggregation of impresand of the network).

According to article 48, paragraph 7, second sentence, of the Code, and also forbidden to the consortium indicated for execution by a consortium referred to in article 45, paragraph 1, letter b) (consortia between cooperatives and consortia among artisan companies) to participate in the same procedure in any other form. Finally, pursuant to article 36, paragraph 5 of the Code, the consorziati indicated for execution by a consortium referred to in article 45, paragraph 1, letter c) (stable consortia) to participate in any other form to the same procedure.
