Service for debt collection claimed by Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. and deriving from the non-payment of motorway tolls by users residing abroad.

Service relating to the recovery of credits for missed toll payments in a contextual and deferred form, issued in the years 2018-2020, on the motorway network licensed to Autostrade for the 'THEtalia S.p.A. on manual, automatic and Telepass doors and related to vehicles with registration plates registered in foreign countries (ie not in Italy) and to vehicles hired in Italy by customers resident in foreign countries.

Service related to credit recovery for non-employees toll payments in a contextual and deferred form, issued in the years 2018-2020, on the motorway network in consale to Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. on manual, automatic and Telepass doors and related to vehicles with registration plates registered in foreign countries (ie not in Italy) and to vehicles hired in Italy by customers resident in foreign countries.

Absence of the exclusion reasons as per art. 80 of the code. Possession of the requirements, pursuant to art. 83 paragraph 1 of the code, as specified in the Ditender procedure. It is admitted the availment as regulated by the art. 89 of the code.

Competitors established in other member states of the European Union must meet the above requirements, presenting the documentation in compliance with the regulations in force in the respective countries, together with the documents translated into Italian by an official translator, which certifies their conformed to the text origin the mother tongue.
