Service of cleaning and makeover beds at the Club M.M. della Spezia

The subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. For ordinary consortia pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, letter e), of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, and the temporary groupings of economic operators, constituted or to be constituted, each subject participating in the consortium or temporary grouping must, under penalty of exclusion of the consortium or grouping, all the documents / declarations referred to in points III.1.1), III.1.2) and III.1.3).

Together with the application for participation in good standing with the stamp duty (EUR 16.00), all the documents / declarations, dated not earlier than six months with respect to the deadline for receipt of the application for participation, listed in points III.1.1), III.1.2) and III.1.3)., returned pursuant to.P.R. n. 445/2000, except in cases where expressly requested original or copy documentation. Statement declaring the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. It is specified that the declaration pursuant to art. 80, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, must refer to all the persons indicated in paragraph 3 of this article; declaredration pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, concerning the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture (CCIAA) registration in which the Chamber of Commerce must be registered, number and date of registration and the activity of the economic operator who, under penalty of exclusion, must be relative to the sector of activity covered by the contract.

The expenses for the publication of notices and calls for tenders, as per art. 5, paragraph 2, of the decreeo 2.12.2016 of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, shall be reimbursed to the contracting authority by the successful tenderer within the period of 60 days from the award. The administration reserves the right to proceed with the awarding even in the presence of a single valid offer. The administration reserves the right not to proceed with the award if no offer ris convenient or suitable in relation to the subject of the contract.
