Supply of multi-purpose cleaning products, detergents, disinfectants with reduced environmental impact, for cleaning the structures of the ASL of Foggia.

Open procedure procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/16 and s.m.i. for the assignment of the supply of multipurpose cleaning products, detergents, disinfectants with reduced environmental impact, for the cleaning of the Fog ASL facilitiesgia.

Open procedure procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/16 and s.m.i. for the assignment of the supply of multipurpose cleaning products, detergents, disinfectants with reduced environmental impact, for the cleaning of the ASL facilities in Foggia. It is admitted the participation of the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to inthe articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) registration in the business register for activities related to the subject of the contract or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the receiving State if it is an EU Member State in accordance with the provisions art. 83, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree 50/2016;

b) there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, D.Lgs. N. 50/2016, of any other situation that determines the exclusion from tenders and / or the incapacity to contract with the public administration, as well as the interdictory cause referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16-ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001. The discipline pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 9, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 according to the procedures indicated in the Competition Regulations.

Overall turnover: in the sector of activity covered by the contract referred to in the last n. 3 (three) financial years available, equal to the auction base amount, of EUR 1 468 365, 06 excluding VAT. The sector of activities and supply of cleaning products.

- Award procedure chosen: open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- the subjects referred to in the art'Art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- the Competition Regulations containing the additional rules of this announcement concerning the possession of the requisites required for admission, the procedures for participation in the tender and the compilation and presentation of the offer, documents to be submitted in support of the same and the procedures for the award of the contract, as well as the tender documents and attachmentsi, are visible on the Internet site (www.sanitaservicefg.it),

- no inspection or inspection of the structures involved in the service is foreseen,

- the sum of 140.00 EUR (one hundred and forty / 00) must be paid to Authorities for supervision of public contracts according to the instructions on the website (www.avcp.it). To this end it is specified that the tender identification code (CIG) and the following: 7611706280,

- the contract does not contain the arbitration clause,
