Assignment in concession of the pay parking management service along the municipal roads through electronic parking meters and other payment systems

The fee-based parking management service without long storage is the subject of the concession. .

Main Site: Roads and areas falling within the territory of the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena, according to the modalities specified in the tender documents.

This service has as its object:

a) the management of a total of n. 1448 parking stalls that insist along the streets and in the areas identified and allocated by the municipal administration to pay parking, through the use of at least n.69 electronic meters for the regulation and collection of tariffs; in all areas iIn addition, new payment options must be provided for with respect to the traditional use of the parking meter with coins, debit and / or credit cards, such as payment systems via text messages and other useful applications.

b) supply, installation, ordinary maintenance and extraordinary of the electronic meters with management platform and related hardware maintenanceand Software;

c) installation, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and of horizontal and vertical road signs governing the roads and areas under concession; d) organization of an integrated system for managing relationships with users, comprising the following activities:

- activation of one or more offices / branches for the public, responsible for the management of proceedings related to-service under concession,

- integrated and multimedia communication campaign on issues concerning the object of the service under concession through the conception, production and dissemination of communication products.

e) the control of the service carried out by the traffic auxiliaries, in accordance with to current regulations, including the management of detection and assessment activitieso infringements of the Highway Code in concession areas, with application of the social clause provided for in favor of n. 15 workers employed in the previous concession;

f) additional supplies and / or additional services with an optional character aimed at ensuring greater benefit to the users concerned.

For participation in the tender, the competitors must be in possession of thefollowing professional qualification requirements pursuant to art. 45 D.Lgs.50 / 2016:

- registration in the register of companies of the Chamber of Commerce for the activity exercised object of the concession,

- registration in the National Register or of the Societa cooperatives as well as in the appropriate section of the Regional Registry. selection criteria indicated in the tender documents.
