CPV Description: Open procedure, pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, issued by Afol Metropolitan Agency for training, guidance and work for the assignment of the corporate welfare service for the duration of 3 years.

The contract has as its object the corporate welfare service to be carried out in terms and with the modalitiesestablished in the Specifications of the tender and related annexes - CVP: 79990000-0.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, the tender offer must be accompanied by a provisional deposit equal to at least 2% of the auction base.

The service object of this contract is financed with appropriate budget allocations. carried out with-the modalities provided for in the specifications and in compliance with the provisions of the law and the relevant regulations.

In application of Law n. 136/2010, the contract is subject to the regulation on the traceability of financial flows.

It is not allowed to participate in the tender of competitors for which there are the grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments.

To the opcompeting economic operators, pursuant to art. 48 paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, it is forbidden to participate in the tender in more than one temporary grouping or ordinary consortium of competitors, or even individually if they have participated in the grouping or ordinary consortium of competitors or aggregation of companies participating in the network contract (in theguo, aggregation of network companies). And, also, prohibited pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, to the consortium members indicated for execution by a consortium as per art. 45, paragraph 2, letter b), Legislative Decree 50/2016 and s.m.i. (consortia between cooperative societies and consortia among artisan companies), to participate in any other form in the tender.

And finally forbidden, pursuant to art. 48 combut 7 D.Lgs. 50/2016 and s.m.i., to the consortium members indicated for the execution by a consortium as per art. 45, paragraph 2, letter c), D.Lgs. 50/2016 and s.m.i. (stable consortia) to participate in any other form in the tender.
