The following supporting documents must be enclosed with the application:

Applicants may submit the form of the European Unified Self-Declaration in accordance with - 50 VgV for the required self-explanations. The public contracting authority may at any time request applicants to provide all the evidence and documents when transmitting a single European self-declarationThe application form must be completed and signed by the candidate with all the information required. Applications must be in a sealed envelope, accompanied by a label and submitted to the body indicated in point I.1). The leaflet will be accompanied by the application form on the communication referred to in point I.3)provided onsplattform. When compiling the documents, it is important to ensure that only statements and proofs that are necessary for the application are submitted. Additional information that does not serve as proof of required information will not be considered. Proofs with the words "not older than 6 months" may be added to item IV.2.2)Did not have a day older than 6 months. The awarding authority will answer questions up to 6 days before submission of the application form. Questions should be sent by e-mail to the contact point mentioned under point I.1).
