New construction of the administrative building "Am Staatsarchiv" within the framework of an OePP model

The district of Stade has decided to build an administrative building with approx. 3 400 m of usable space as well as parking spaces within the framework of an OePP model.

Planning, construction and finNew building of an administrative building (about 3 400 m NUF) including the outdoor facilities.

The client expects a comprehensive offer for planning, construction and interim financing services as well as for the maintenance services within the extended warranty.

Regardless of whether several companies than Bidding group or for part of the LeIn the case of subcontractors, the following documents and declarations are to be submitted for 1. Applicants / Contractors (A), 2. Architekturbuero (B).

If a company intends to provide more than one of these services, then for each of these services all required Proofs and explanations.

Are applicants and contractors 2 different-Companies, the following documents and declarations required under III.1.2, III.1.2, III.1.2 and III.1.3) shall be submitted separately by the candidate and the construction company:

Applicants: A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6.

Contractors: A1, A2, A4, A7, A8.

If the candidate is an existing project company, only for-this project is to be carried out, the required information on the criteria mentioned under point III.1) must be provided by the initiator / shareholder of this project company.

The following supporting documents must be enclosed with the application:

A) For the applicant / construction company:

A1) Excerpt from the commercial register, not older than 6 months (companies that are not registered in the commercial registerAlternatively, you may provide proof of membership in the IHK, Handwerksrolle or comparable chamber, which may not be more than 6 months old.) B) For the author of the design (architecture office): B1) Proof of the draftsman / architect's office for authorization to run the occupation title Architect (entry in the list of architects of an architects chamber).

Followde Evidence and explanations must be attached to the application:

A) For the candidate / contractor:

A2) Declarations by the candidate / contractor,

- that no exclusion criteria i. P. V. -- 123, 124 GWB,

- that the company or persons attributable to it in the past 3 years not in accordance with -21 Schwarzarbeitsbekaempfungsgesetz or - 21 i. V. m. - 23 Employee transferhave been imprisoned for more than three months or fined more than 90 days or a fine of more than € 2, 500.

A3. Declaration of one or more credit institutions in which they declare their basic willingness to interim financing of the measure.

A4. Total turnover (net) as general contractor / totalunof the last 3 years of business.

B) For the author of the design (architecture office):

B2. Self-explanations of the architectural office / draftsman,

- that no exclusionary reasons i. P. V. -- 123, 124 GWB,

- that the company or persons attributable to it in the past 3 years not in accordance with -21 Schwarzarbeitsbekaempfungsgesetz or - 21 i. V. m. - 23 Workhmergensendegesetz has been imprisoned for more than 3 months or has been fined more than 90 daily laws or a fine of more than € 2, 500.

B3. Proof of the professional liability insurance of the draftsman / architect office, not older than 6 months.

Applicants can according to - 50 VgV for the required self-explanations the form dto submit the United European Self-declaration. When submitting a single European self-declaration, the contracting authority may, at any time, request candidates to provide all the documents and evidence necessary to carry out the competition.

When compiling the documents, it is important to ensure that only statements are madeand supporting documents required for the application. Additional information that does not serve as proof of required information will not be considered. The evidence and self-explanations can also be submitted in copy. If the customer considers this to be necessary, the client may ask for a check of the original for verification. Evidence mit the addition 'not older than 6 months' may not be older than 6 months on the day referred to in point IV.2.2) .The contracting authority will answer questions no later than 6 days before the submission of the applications contact points referred to under I.1) or I.3), which will be answered on the communication platform referred to in point I.3)and will only be answered there.

1) Multiple applications from applicants / contractors and architects are not permitted and will result in the exclusion of applications in which the company concerned has participated;

2) offers involving commissioning of construction companies or architects who have not been named in the tenderer's application documents will not-authorized; 3) Any tenderer who has submitted an offer corresponding to the call for tenders with the required documents in due time, but who will ultimately not be awarded the contract, will be invited to take part after completion of the bidding process Award procedure for the elaborationof his offer, a compensation of EUR 10 000.
