The Wohnst-tte Krefeld, Wohnungs-AG intends to reassign the contract to provide cleaning services in its housing estates for the next 3 years from 1.8.2019. The sites are properties that are essentially owned by the client.

Wohnst-tte Krefeld, Wohnungs-AG intends to reassign the contract for the execution of cleaning services. For this purpose, a contractor is sought, who takes over the cleaning services from 1.8.2019. To the achievements count the maintenance cleaning, the glass cleaning and the basic cleaning of the real estates of the housing place Krefeld, housing AG. The bidder must be withto prove his offer the following requirements:

- statement on the absence of the exclusion criteria pursuant to - 123 (1) and (4) GWB, - 124 (1) GWB, - proof of professional or commercial register entry / craft card,

certificate in tax matters of the tax office (up to 3 months old),

- Health certificate (s) of the health insurance company (max 1 year old and still valid),

- Do not worryThe tenderer must prove with his tender the following requirements:

proof of professional liability insurance of at least EUR 3 million for personal injury and EUR 3 million for other damage. The indemnity of the insurance must be at least twice the aforementioned coverage per year betragen. The proof or declaration may not be older than 12 months. A project-related increase of the existing professional liability insurance in the case of an order is accepted, but must be submitted by written confirmation of insurance with the application documents,

- the annual turnover in the scope of the contract (cleaning services for publicClient) over the last 3 completed business years.
