CPV Description: Open procedure pursuant to art. 60, through the use of the electronic system pursuant to art. 40 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the assignment of the service supply of diagnostic systems for chemical / clinical and immunochemical analysis for a specialized laboratory, managed by the Rome Guardia di Finanza Headquarters

Blood-testing reagents.

Supply of diagnostic systems in serviceici for chemical / clinical and immunochemical analysis for a specialized laboratory. The machines are intended as free loan for the entire period of the contract, while the fee net of the discount will refer to the procurement of reagents. CIG: 7729203417.

Provisional security to guarantee the offer, in accordance with article 93 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, accompanied by the commitment of anot to issue the guarantee for the execution, if the competitor is the winner and the definitive security to guarantee the contract (for the sole contractor) pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Payments will be made by c.c. postal or bank transfer within 30 days from receipt of the electronic invoice, which will be subordinated to the experiment of the pprocedures indicated by the D.M. 40/2008 at Equitalia Servizi S.p.A. and to the prior verification by the Administration of:

- good execution of the service,

- contribution regularity of the company that on the occasion of each payment the Administration will confirm through the acquisition of the Office of the D.U.R.C. (Consolidated Document of Regular Contribution).

Any non-regularity of the organizationsa for the purposes of the D.U.R.C. it will determine the suspension of payment until regularization by the company itself, which will take care of communicating it to the Administration.

The company will have to prove:

a. not having been subjected to measures to suspend business activities pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and the related measures prohibiting bargainingwith public administrations;

b. the non-existence of any of the grounds for exclusion contemplated by art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

c. in the case of temporary groupings, each member of the group must fully possess the general requirements established by art. 80 of the Procurement Code;

d. the absence of causes for incapacitation to contract under current legislationlina antimafia;

e. the technical-professional suitability referred to in art. 26, paragraph 1, lett. a) Legislative Decree no. 81/2008.
