The audit services include the annual audit of Deutsche Welle and its subsidiary Pro-Funk GmbH.

The subject of the commission is the final examination for the business year2018. The client is entitled to commission the contractor with the audits for the business years 2019 to 2022 on the same terms (option of the client). Each business year-by-order assignment is understood as a single option and does not oblige the client to commission the subsequent final examination. However, it is expressly a wish and a goal-the contractor to conduct the contract with a contractor for 5 years.

The number of companies involved is limited to approx. 5. If several candidates meet the requirements for participation, the number of considered candidates will be determined on the basis of the accuracy of the submitted references. The accuracy of fit refers to the advertised / described-Power. There is no claim to participation in the competition. No information can be given as to whether the application for participation is met.
