Technical show services at the Real Estate complex called Parco della Musica in Rome - viale Pietro de Coubertin 30
the spaces of the Complex as well as at the offices where the Musica per Roma Foundation carries out the activities. Yes precisa that the contract also includes the provision, installation and maintenance in function of the audio equipment and systems, of the lighting equipment and materials, equipment and video materials.
The contract has for object of the following services:
- sound box service,
- sound room service,
-stage management service,
- positioning service for microphones, monitors, cabling and backliner,
- engineers service,
- technical lighting service,
- technical video services,
- material handling service, show equipment and tools musical.
At the Areas, the Performance Rooms, the spaces of the Complex as well as at the eventual venues where thethe activities of the Musica per Roma Foundation.
It should be noted that the contract also includes the provision, installation and maintenance of the equipment and audio systems, lighting equipment and materials and equipment, equipment and of video materials.
a) registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Articlesanato and agriculture or in the register of provincial craft commissions for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure. The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, co. 3, of the Code, presents sworn declaration or according to the modalities in force in the State in which it is established.
B) global turnoverand average annual referring to the last 3 financial years available not less than double the estimated annual value of the amount based on the tender, excluding VAT; the proof of the requirement and provided, pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4, and to XVII, part I, of the Code:
- for corporations of capital through the approved budgets on the expiry date of the deadline for the submission of bidsof the notes to the financial statements,
- for economic operators set up as individual companies or partnerships through the single model or VAT declaration;
where information on turnover is not available, for companies that have started the activity for less than 3 years, the turnover requirements must be related to the period of activity; pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4, of the Code, the economic operator, who for well founded reasons is not able to present the required references can prove his economic and financial capacity by any other document considered suitable by the contracting station;
c) specific turnover annual average in the business sector subject of the contract, referring to the last three financial years availablenot less than half the estimated annual value of the amount based on the tender, I.V.A. excluded; the proof of the requirement and provided, pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4, and to XVII, part I, of the Code alternatively by:
- presentation of financial statements or extracts of financial statements regularly approved at the date of publication of the notice, if the figure for the specific turnover is indicatedor in the financial statements or explanatory notes, - a certified copy of the certificates of performance issued by public administrations, indicating the subject, the amount and the period of execution,
- production of a declaration made by the auditors or by the auditor of the accounts; where the information on the turnover is not available, for the enterprises that have started the activity from less than trand years, the turnover requirements must be related to the period of activity; pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4, of the Code the economic operator, who for well founded reasons is not able to present the required references can prove his economic and financial capacity through any other document considered suitable by the contracting station.
It is highlighted that the limit of accesscorrelated to the aforementioned requisites and established in order to guarantee the protection of the public interest, to the extent necessary to allow the Foundation to select economic operators with adequate economic and financial capacity who are able to honor commitments and cope with to the obligations arising from the execution of the contract, taking into account on the one hand the peculiari and specific characteristics of the service aimed at guaranteeing the carrying out of the events organized at the building complex called Parco della Musica in Rome, designed by Arch. Renzo Piano, on the other hand that the service must be performed in the presence of a large number of users / viewers of the aforementioned Complex.
A) the competitors must render and certify the requirements ofgeneral nature pursuant to article 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;
b) the substitutive declarations required by this announcement must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document in the course of validity of the subscriber; the substitutive declarations given by attorneys must also be accompanied by a copy of the relative power of attorney or by another document suitable to prove the powers of the proxyactor himself; competitors must self-certify, pursuant to art. 85 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as required in this announcement with the single European tender document (DGUE), which can also be found at the web address http://www.mit.gov.it/comunicazione/ news / document-of-competition-only-European-dgue;
c) the deficiencies of any formal element of the application can be remedied through the ppreliminary investigation procedure referred to in art. 83, paragraph 9, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as specified in the Tender Regulations;
d) it is allowed the capitalization pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 89 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as specified in the Tender Regulations;
e) the tender will be awarded even in the presence of only one valid offer, provided it is deemed appropriate and convenient by the contracting statione;
f) in the case of tenders that achieve the same score, the draw will be carried out, as specified in the Tender Specifications; 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as specified in the Tender Regulations;
h) any clarifications in relation to the tender provisions may be requested exceptin writing, as specified in the Tender Regulations;
i) CIG: 7950156446 the competitors are required to pay the contribution in favor of the National Anti-Corruption Authority in the amount of EUR 140.00, as per the Tender Regulations;
l) will find application l'art. 110 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

p) the contract will not contain the cthe arbitration clause;
q) with reference to point II.2.10 of the present announcement, it is specified that the supplementary and / or ameliorative offers are admitted only to the limits established by the specifications;
r) social clause: in order to promote occupational stability with respect of the principles of the European Union and without prejudice to the necessary harmonization with the organization of the economic operatornanting and with the technical-organizational and labor requirements set forth in the new contract, the contractor for the contract is required to absorb the staff already operating under the outgoing contractor, as required by the art. 50 of the Code guaranteeing the application of the national collective bargaining agreements referred to in art. 51 of Legislative Decree 15.6.2015 n. 81;
s)the verification of the possession of the prescribed requirements of a general, technical-organizational and economic-financial nature will take place through the use of the AVCpass system, made available by the National Anti-Corruption Authority;
t) the competitors must undertake to observe with the modalities established by the Disciplinary of the tender the, approved with GC resolution n. 40 of 27.2: 2015;
u) is specifiedthat the references to Legislative Decree n.50 / 2016 are intended to be applied to the text as integrated and modified by law n. 55/2019 of conversion of the law decree 32 / 2019.
