Renewal of the EU Theissbach, route 3610 km 26, 192, planning services according to BIM method

The structure EUe Theissbach on route 3610 at km 26, 195 from Frankfurt Hbf to Eschhofen near Limburg transfers the Theissbach ( Daisbach) with 2 tracks. The building is located in the Hochtaunus Nature Park. The area is protected Biotop "Daisbach suedlich Vockenhausen" and in addition flooding area. About 30 m south of the bridge (forest path) an FFH area begins.

Renewal EUe Theissbach, route 3610 km 26, 192, planning services according to BIM methodology.

The services requested include planning services according to BIM methodology:

- Object planning engineering structures Lph 1 to Lph 2 and optionally Lph 3 to 4 and Lph 6 to Lph8,

- Structural engineering for engineering structures Lph 2 and optional Lph 3 to 4 and Lph 6.

1) Declaration that no insolvency proceedings or liquidation proceedings are pending;

2) Declaration that the company with regard to reasons for exclusion within the meaning of -- 123 f, GWB or eligibility criteria within the meaning of Section 122 GWB has not committed deception and has not withheld any information and that the companyHe was always able to provide the required evidence in relation to Sections 122 to 124 GWB;

3) Declarations to comply with legal obligations, in particular the obligation to pay taxes and duties as well as the payment of contributions to statutory social insurance (pensions -, health, nursing, accident and unemployment insurance), as well as obligations such. B. acc. the inSection 21 of the Posted Workers Act (AentG), Section 98c of the Residence Act, Section 19 of the Minimum Wage Act or Section 21 of the Illegal Employment Act.

The above explanations / evidence can be provided upon successful participation in a pre-qualification procedure of Deutsche Bahn AG named under III.2.2 by submitting the pre-qualification certificate, provided that no significant changes have been made

2) Declaration that the applicant / bidder has the DB Code of Conduct for Business Partners (http://www.deutschebahn.com/ Suppliers Qualification_downloads) or the BME Code of Conduct (https://www.bme.de/fileadmin /_horusdam/2065-BME-Code_of_Conduct_deutsch.pdf) or its own code of conduct, which essentially binds comparable principlescomplies with, will be complied with;

3) Declaration on antitrust compliance and corruption prevention;

4) Declaration that the company at no time in a procurement procedure of Deutsche Bahn AG or a company associated with it in accordance with -- 15 ff. AktG:

a ) has attempted to improperly influence decision making;

b) has attempted to disclose sensitive informationreceived, through which it could gain inadmissible advantages in the procurement procedure, or

c) transmitted misleading information that could influence or have attempted to influence the award decision Taking internal coordination processes into account a reply lateris possible at least 6 days before the deadline for submitting offers or submitting applications to participate. The client reserves the right not to answer questions that are not asked in time, or to answer them less than 6 days before the deadline for submitting tenders or submitting applications to participate.

The client reserves the right to apply -- 123, 124 GWB.

InSubmitting an application or offer, in the form of a bidding consortium, should be registered in advance by the bidding consortium in the DB AG award portal. Participation in the procedure requires the unchanged composition of the bidding consortia allowed in the participant competition. The association of the individual bidders admitted to the bidding competition to form a bidding consortiumis allowed.
