On the terrain of the WTD 41 a multiaxial test stand system for larger vehicles is to be built. This test stand system is capable of exposing the vehicles to be tested to a variety of loads in order to increase the durability and practicality of components or componentsdetermine the system of office. Construction and dimensions. The building for the test consists of the actual test hall with 9.85 m height and one built on two sides lower buildingPart with 4.00 m inner height, in which offices and technology are housed. The construction of the Building is completely made of concrete. This includes all floor panels, ceilings, interior and exterior walls. Only a few wall openings are walled up after the technical installation. The roof areasare designed as flat roofs with foam glass caulking. On the flat roof of the test hall there are 4 shed roofs, which are used to illuminate the hall.
All exterior wall surfaces are provided with thermal insulation and a pre-ventilated fa-ade cladding made of aluminum composite panels shaped into cassettes.
Layout and use.
The test hall consists of 2 parts.In the front part, behind the entrance gate, is a Ruestflaeche with Hubbuehne, which serves to prepare the vehicles to be tested. This is followed by the actual test surface.
This consists of a 12 x 18 m large and 30 cm thick steel plate, which can be equipped with any hydraulic cylinders and brackets for the test vehicles. For the eradication of during the-The test surface lies completely on a massive, 3.75 m thick concrete cuboid, which in turn is completely embedded on an air suspension. This construction has the task to prevent the transmission of the sometimes very strong vibrations to the building. The control of the test cycles and the measurement technique is carried out via a control room, which aAfter the preparation, the vehicles to be tested are placed on the test bench with a bridge crane running across the length of the hall and, after completion of the test, also transported by crane.
The ground floor is adjacent to the measuring and control area, Offices, changing rooms and toilets for the employees working in the building, as well as eElectrical workshop with direct access to the test hall.
At the back of the ground floor there are technical rooms for medium and low voltage, transformers and a technical center for heating and cooling. A large part of the ventilation technology is also housed on the flat roof of the low building part.
All technical rooms on the ground floor have the same dimensions as the measuring rooms and theOffice space via direct access from outside.

Alternatively, an identical insurance of all ARGE members can be submitted, if just the activity is also insured in a consortium with liability for the entire ARGE; it must be clear from the certificate that this activity is included in an ARGE with external liability for the entire ARGE.
Explanations of the candidate (sole proprietorship or applicant accCommunity) acc. - 45 Abs. 1 No. 1 VgV on the general annual turnover and the specific annual turnover in the scope of the contract. The annual turnover of the members of an applicant community or of the named subcontractors who actually provide the services is added up.
1) Applicant Communities
Applicant communities which only become active after the submission of the Teilnahmeantrages are not allowed. Multiple applications from individual members of an applicant community are inadmissible and will lead to the exclusion of all applicant associations concerned.
For each member of the applicant community, a separate application form filled out with the required information and signed must be submitted.
