Planning services

The applicant for applicant groups of all members should, if possible, provide the following documents / statements (not older than 3 months) or comparable information in German to prove their suitability:

1) Extract from the commercial register or the comparable register of the homethe country of the bidder

(if necessary, a copy).

2) Special profession (for example, proof of membership in the professional association as a self-declaration or a certificate of no objection from the competent professional association, proof of registration in a professional register (this means the entry in the craft role or the membership certificate of the respectiveurgent Chamber of Commerce and Industry),

If one or more of the above-mentioned details and formalities have not been submitted with the application to participate, these can be requested afterwards before the invitation to submit an offerIf the absence does not already lead to an exclusion of the applicant.

1) Net annual turnover for comparable services in the last 3 closed business years.
