Replacement of supply and possibly disposal lines as well as sanitary equipment including adaptation to the requirements for compliance with accessibility standards at the GGS Lauenburger Allee, GGS Grossenbaumer Allee, GeS South and FOeS South, refurbishment of the window surfaces, adaptation of the drinking water network including renovation of the furnishings Sanitaertechnik, Adaptng of the supply and disposal media to the new interior design planning of the NW-Fachraeume in GeS South, renovation of the roof and window surfaces, adaptation of individual drinking water supply points according to drinking water regulations, adaptation of individual heating surfaces including hydraulic balancing at the FOeS Buchholzer Waldschule site.

The AG intends under the TiThe "Good School 2020 and KIDU School" measures will be implemented at school buildings in the city of Duisburg, ranging from the renovation of toilet facilities to the refurbishment of interior rooms, energetic refurbishments and extension and replacement new buildings NRW.BANK "Good School 2020" and as part of KIDU-Schule (Kommunalesvestungsfoerderungsgesetz Chapter 2). The funding programs are limited until 31.12.2022. The work in the context of the overall measure must be implemented in accordance with the funding guidelines at the latest by this time. Subject matter of the contract are architectural achievements of the achievement picture object planning for building and internal roomsAs part of the overall measure of the community elementary school Lauenburger Allee on building 4 and 3 the exchange of supply and possibly disposal lines and the sanitary equipment of wet and toilet areas including the adaptation to the requirements for compliance with accessibility. The allowable costs of measure a) amount to approximately EUR 112 000 net and measure b) to approximately EUR 122 000R net.

In the context of the overall measure of the Grossenbaumer Allee Community Elementary School on building 8, the AG intends to replace the supply and disposal lines as well as the sanitary equipment of the wet and toilet areas, including the adaptation to the requirements for accessibility. The allowable costs of the measure c) provided esgenstaende Sanitaertechnik. The adaptng of the supply and disposal media to the new furnishing planning of the NW-Fachraeume is also planned in building 4. The allowable costs of measure d) amount to approximately 580 000 EUR net.

The AG also intends to replace GeS Sued in Building 4 with the supply and, if necessary, disposal lines as well as the sanitary equipment of the wet and toilet areas including the adaptation tothe guidelines for compliance with accessibility. the allowable costs of the measure e) amount to approximately 415 000 EUR net.

As part of the overall measure of the Bucher Forest School Foerderschule AG plans to renovate the roof and Fensterflaechen on Building 2. An adaptation of individual drinking water supply points according to TrinkwV as well as an adaptation of individual Heizflaechen including hydRaulischer adjustment should also take place. The allowable costs of the measure f) amount to approximately 2 270 000 EUR net.

Furthermore, at the Foerderschule Bucholzer Waldschule building 2 and 4 an exchange of supply and disposal lines as well as the sanitary equipment including the adaptation to the requirements for compliance with accessibility provided. The chargeable KosMeasures g) amount to approximately EUR 17 000 net and measure h) to approximately EUR 102 000.

Current extract from the trade or professional register in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the company is established. The extract should not be older than 6 months at the end of the participation period. Tenderers have the extract for each member

1) average annual turnover;

2) liability insurance.

1) In relation to the contract:

a) The projects are compulsory in accordance with the standards and requirements resulting from the financing of NRW-Bank Gute School 2020 and the funding of KIDU School (Municipal Investment Promotion Act Chapter 2) to perform;
