1) Requirements for the material

In Hessen, magnesium-bearing limestones are generally to be applied. B. carbonic Magne-siumkalke with at least-20% MgCO3. Higher magnesium contents are desired. The calcium carbonate magnesium limes hitherto used in Hesse contain naturally between 28% and 49% MgC03. They must comply with the requirements of the German Duengemittelverordnung (DueMV). Residual moisture with moist lime, independent of the type of application, max. 4%.

The respective instructions in the product safety data sheetfor use of carbonate of magnesium lime, prepared in accordance with Annex II of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and Regulation (EU) No 453/2010, shall be complied with.

2) Landing sites / Loading Places

Land plots / loading sites for soil protection liming are to be kept clean so as to avoid larger deposits of lime on paths and placesCompletion of the measure, the storage locations are to be prepared by the contractor in such a way that the use of this area for its current purpose is again guaranteed. Limestone remains may only remain in the storage areas to an extent that does not interfere with the use of adjacent agricultural and forestry areas.

3) Observe the following:

a) Area tolerance:

For limedThe calculated amounts of limestone may fluctuate to a maximum of -30% of the target quantity, but must equal the sum of the target quantity (ie for a control measurement, the mean value of a measuring field must be within the range -30% of the target quantity).

b ) Point tolerance:

One third of the amount of limescale striking the surface must be between the range of the targetdose / -30% and at the same time may exceed or undercut the target quantity by more than 50% (ie in a control measurement, one third of the individual measured values in a measuring field must be within the range / -30% and a maximum of one third of the individual measured values may be outside the range target value / -50%).

4) Execution period: at the earliest 1.11.2018 to 28.2.2019;

5) The surface size is provisional. It is to be changed after the existence of the area data by the Regierungspraesidium Darmstadt. A change of the area size by / - 10% is to be accepted without this leading to a change in the offer per ha.
