Procurement is a 3-lot framework agreement. Lot 1 concerns the print production external communication of the client; Lot 2 the print production) internal communication and Lot 3 on-line and moving-picture communication
1) Advice to the client regarding the planning, execution and completion of media finalization and production in the print area for external communication and promotional items, in particular a) implementation, written summary and Voting from briefings to writtenRelease of a cost estimate, including a cost estimate,
b) visualize ideas and designs for print media and promotional products taking into account the respective production process and coordinate with the client;
c) written preparation of offers for required third-party services to establish comparability;
d) coordinate and review third-party services ; e) Erfassizing and archiving of structured, open and editable production data as well as provision of data for the client and other service providers.
2) Designing and finalizing print media for external communication, in particular

Each bidder only has to process the case for the lot he has applied for. The processing of the cases must be the orderAG, also via the communication function of the Public Procurement Marketplace NRW, until 15.2.2019, 9.00 am. Tenders without Case or Offers with Case that are time-limited will necessarily be excluded from participation in the further proceedings.
