The contracting authority offers a framework agreement with a supplierrequest the delivery of representation gifts and promotional items. The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for delivery of promotional items and representation gifts. The bidder must therefore be able to supply products with and without logo. The contracting authority consists of 10 agencies / authorities, which is why the Offeror must handle 10 different logos and needs. An overview of the logosAppendix 4 Overview of logos. The promotional articles and the gifts can be delivered to all the addressees' addresses, which are located all over Denmark. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for delivery of promotional items and representation giftsis. The bidder must therefore be able to supply products with and without logo. The contracting authority consists of 10 agencies / authorities, which is why the Offeror must handle 10 different logos and needs. An overview of the logos is shown in Appendix 4 Overview of logos. The promotional articles and the gifts can be delivered to all the addressees' addresses, which are located around Denmark. Ordregiver may need storage space at the Offeror for the promotional items and representation gifts that the Client wishes to be in stock. Storage space can bathe the best in shelf space as well as pallet places and includes handling, warehouse management and shipping after ordering from the Purchaser. The client's need for storage space is expected to be limited and only relevant for 2-3 of the authorities / authoritiesunder the Ministry of Taxation's group.

Tenderer must provide the following information in the ESPD Part IV.B:

- Total turnover per. in the last 2 available financial years, - the size of equity per share. in the last 2 available financial years, - the value of total assets per share. years in the last two available financial years, ar for the last 2 available financial yearsthe issuer is newly established, and therefore has not submitted accounts for the last 2 available financial statements, the Offeror shall only disclose the key figures available at the time of submission of the tender.

- The tenderer's financial statements or extracts for the last 2 available accountsbsar, whose disclosure of financial statements is mandatory in the country where the Offeror is established, or other evidence of the size of the equity, the value of the total assets, the solvency ratio and the minimum turnover. available financial statements, the Contracting Authority may request the Offeror to submitan auditor-certified statement as evidence that the Tenderer has sufficient financial capacity to solve the task offered.- Bases the Tenderer on the financial and financial form of the other entity, the undertaking or companies whose resources are referred to must forward the above. of companies (eg a consortium) must be submitted aboveeach of the companies.

1) The tenderer must complete the common European tender document (ESPD) to participate in the tender procedure. Reference is made to the Competition, - and the Danish Consumer Agency's guidance;

2) The contracting authority must exclude the Offeror from participating in the tender procedure if the Offeror is covered by one of the compulsory exclusion grounds mentioned in sections 135 and 136 of the tendering act. The law canis available at www.retsinformation.dk

3) The contracting authority will also exclude Tenderers from participating in the tendering procedure, in the case of the following: The bidder is declared bankrupt or is under insolvency or liquidation proceedings if this asset is administered by a liquidator or by the court if it is under compulsory agreement if its business has been suspended orif this is in a similar situation under a similar procedure laid down in national law where the Tenderer is domiciled, cf. (1) (2); (4) Prior to the award of a final framework agreement, the Tenderer which the contracting authority has decided to award the Framework Agreement will have to provide evidence of the grounds for exclusion. That ways that the Tenderer is not covered by the exclusion grounds in section 135 (1) of the Tender Act. 1 or 3, and - 137 (1) (2) may be presented:

1) An excerpt from the relevant register or equivalent document issued by a competent authority or administrative authority showing that the Tenderer is not covered by exclusion grounds in - 135, p. 1;

2) A certificate issued by the competent mineauthority in that country as proof that the Tenderer is not covered by the exclusion grounds in the section 135 (1). 3 and - 137, subs. 1, no. 2 mentioned. As far as Danish tenderers are concerned, the proof can be best in a service certificate. Service certificates are issued by the Danish Business Authority. If the Country of the Tenderer does not issue the aforementioned certificates or documents, they may be replaced by a Registrarunder oath or declaration in faith in accordance with section 153 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 2. The contracting authority cannot exclude tenderers who are covered by one or more of the grounds for exclusion in section 135-137 of the Public Procurement Act, provided that they have provided sufficient evidence that the tenderer is trustworthy pursuant to section 138 of the invitation to tender Act. alikeadan procedure for self-cleaning, as appropriate.
