Service of conception, planning, creative and multimedia development of the institutional communication interventions of the Tuscany Region.

This contract is aimed at stipulating a convention pursuant to art. 26 L. 488/1999 for the assignment of the service of conception, planning, creative and multimedia development of the interventions of the communityinstitutionalization of the Tuscany Region (Giunta and Regional Council), of the regional community programs, of the regional agencies, of the dependent agencies and of the Tuscan Health Service.

Main Site: Locations of the administrations and the entities that will adhere to the convention. conception, design, creative and multimedia development of isti communication interventionsof the Tuscany Region (Regional Council and Council), of the regional community programs, of the regional agencies, of the dependent agencies and of the Tuscan Health Service bodies aimed at optimizing the flow of institutional communication also through the rationalization and coordination of the instruments used, in a way to favor and make it easy and immediaterecognition of the source, the dissemination of the message to the relevant public, the knowledge of the services and the policies activated. The participation of the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in Articles. 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Craftato and Agriculture or in the register of the provincial commissions for the handicraft for activities coherent with those object of the present bidding procedure;

b) there are no grounds for exclusion as per art. 80, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (in the case of R.T.I. or consortiums see the provisions of the tender regulations), of any other situation that results in the exclusion from tenders and/ or the incapacity to contract with the public administration, as well as the interdictory cause referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16-ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001. The discipline pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 9, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 according to the procedures indicated in the Competition Regulations.

This contract is not divided into lots for the reasons expressed in the Disciplinary of tender pursuant tort. 51 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.

Subcontracting is permitted within the limits and with the modalities as per art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments. The competitor, pursuant to art. 76 of Legislative Decree no. 50/16, must indicate in the appropriate spaces of the online forms, the certified e-mail address or similar tool in the other member states as indicated in art. 76, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50 / 16.

The contractthe arbitration clause will not be included.

The tender procedure will be carried out in electronic mode on the website (https://start.e.toscana.it/rt-aggregatore/).

All the documentation requested and produced in electronic mode on the aforementioned site and, where required, digitally signed.

As best clarified in the tender documentation, operators will be required to produce:

- provisional guarantee tothe senses of the art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in the tender regulations,

- final guarantee pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (see Competition regulations).

The regional community programs will insert their CUP in the individual supply / order contracts by linking them to the respective derived CIG.t. Paolo Ciampi.
