Passenger survey and passenger counting in 2021

In the tariff area of the Verkehrsverbundes Gro-raum Nuernberg (VGN), a group-wide passenger survey and passenger counting is to be carried out in 2021. The investigation includes all lines in the VGN with the exception of those lines in regional bus transport whose passenger volume largely depends onTraining traffic is dominated. Added to this is the rail traffic that breaks in and out and regional bus traffic that breaks in and out. In addition, long-distance trains that are open to VGN season ticket customers are to be recorded on some regional railway lines. Passenger surveys and passenger recommendations.

1) Information about owners and shareholders, as well as the persons appointed to manage the business.

4) Self-declaration by the bidder that

- he has properly fulfilled his obligation to pay taxes and duties as well as contributions to the statutory social security system;

- does not use bankruptcy proceedings or a comparable one legal procedure opened or requests the opening or this tohas been rejected due to lack of mass;

- it is not in liquidation;

- it has not committed a serious misconduct that jeopardizes its reliability as a bidder;

- it is not due to a violation of the Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG) according to - 21 Paragraph 1 of the MiLoG has been fined at least EUR 2, 500;

- no person whose behavior is attributable to his companyhas been convicted of a violation of one of the catalog offenses listed in section 21 (1) of the Sector Ordinance (SektVO).

5) Evidence of business or liability insurance.

The client reserves the right to the group of companies responsible for the tax an offer to be reduced to 3-5 applicants. The selection of those to be asked to submit an offerApplicants are assessed based on the quality of the references submitted by applicants to demonstrate their technical ability (see Section III.1.3). The quality of the references is assessed on the basis of the following criteria:

1. Number of residents in the survey area,

2. Number of interviewers with a minimum working time of 8 hours and

3. Number of I collectedinterviews. In addition,

4. assessed the general significance and comparability of the references with the advertised performance.

Depending on the degree of target achievement, each reference is rated on a scale from 0 (unsuitable reference) to 10 points (very good reference). The points achieved are then added together and the applicants are ranked. Dhe applicants with the highest total number of points are asked to submit an offer.
