The Labor Market Fund (AMF) supports measures and projects for qualification and job promotion outside of the SGB III and SGB II activities for up to three years. The selection of projects financed from state funds is decided by one Working group made up of representatives of the Bavarian state government, business organizations, trade unions and the Bavarian regional directorate of the Federal Employment Agency. The projects selected by this committee should be based on their effectiveness must be checked. The results regarding the labor market effects of the projects individually and in relation to the entire AMF should be able to be incorporated into the continuation and updating of the AMF. This requires that the contractor builds on the existing data master and the previous methods of data collection, evaluation and reporting are taken into account. The contract is expected to begin on September 1st, 2026 and end on August 31st, 2028.
