Container replacement building Hort Schildow The municipality of Mühlenbecker Land is planning a replacement building for 89 children during the construction of the "Kinderland" after-school care center in the OT Schildow. Installation, connection and rental of containers (starting in August 2026 - probably until October 2028 completion). Fastest possible delivery of the containers by August 13th, 2026, followed by expansion, start of use no later than November 1st, 2026. Dismantling takes place after the end of use. Rent a container building as an after-school care center with: - 5 x group rooms (with max. 18 children per room, 89 children in total) - technical/storage room - staff room - sanitary rooms - ground-level installation (on gravel and strip foundations) The bidder's scope of services includes the turnkey construction of the container system (Rental building) including the required foundation, access via ramps and entrance platforms. Delivery, assembly, dismantling, return delivery and final cleaning of the container structure.
