Reagent for staining leukocytes in diluted blood samples for differential leukocyte counts of 4 populations using XN series automatic hematology analyzers for XN-1000, XN-1500, XN-2000, XN-3000, XN-3100, XN-9000, XN-9100 systems. Packaging 2x42 ml. | FLUOROCELL WNR coloring reagent. The reagent is used to stain nucleated cells after a lysis reaction. Nuclear and granular cell contents stained, which allows cells to be differentiated due to the intensity of their staining and internal cellular complexity. After reactions with reagents and analysis of cells using fluorescence flow cytometry, different populations of cells are placed on WNR channel scattergram based on their forward light scattering (FLS) and side fluorescence (SFL), which allows you to determine the number of leukocytes (WBC#), the number of nucleated red blood cells (NRBC#), the number of basophils (BASO#), percentage nucleated red blood cells (NRBC%) and percentage of basophils (BASO%). Composition: polymethine 0.005%, ethylene glycol 99.9%. Storage conditions: the closed reagent is stored at 2-35°C until the expiration date; Once opened, the reagent is stable for 90 days.
