The subject of the tender is the commissioning of strategic and operational advisory services for health and long-term care insurance (including cross-sectional areas and regional directors). The overarching objective is the stabilization and the consolidation in perspective the scarce within the composite system of the KBS and the creation of an efficient and competitive organizational structure. The concrete performance requirements include the optimization of control ability and performance in the core performance areas of the shortness Optimization of financial processes in the association provider DRV KBS, the improvement of the processes and efficiency in particular with regard to personnel deployment and derivation of possible organizational adjustments, the reset of the strategic orientation and market position after consolidation has been made as well as support for transformation processes, change management, qualification and communication. It is a framework contract. The services must be provided by the contractor after access. The available maximum amount of the framework agreement is 23 million euros including VAT No call obligation and no claim for remuneration.
