Tenders are invited for Consulting Services for the Project Management of the Extension Component of the Distribution Network of the Forsun Project
The Network component of the project covers 10 municipalities in six (06) Departments (Littoral, Ouémé, Zou, Borgou, Allibori and Atacora) of Benin and consists estimated in:
- the construction of approximately 50 km of lines HTA;
- the construction of approximately 623 km of LV lines;
- construction of 116 transformer stations;
- supply and installation of 44 IACMs;
- construction of 11, 337 connections;
- the supply and installation of 4, 174 street lighting lamps.
- the rehabilitation of 83 HTA / LV substations;
- the rehabilitation of around 25 km of HTA line, including 18 km overhead and 7 km underground
The consultancy services for the project management include:
- proofreading of detailed preliminary projects (APD) and making improvements if necessary,
- proofreading of tender documents (DAO) and the provision of any improvements if necessary,
- support for procurement for the selection of companies,
- supervision and supervision of works, including ESSS aspects,
- the development, implementation and coordination of social intermediation and commercial animation activities,
- the validation of the ESMPs drawn up by the construction companies (ESMPs-E) and the monitoring of their implementation, with regular reporting to the Client.
